This is the story of my cousin Kal............rocketed as a baby from the doomed planet Krypton...........little Kal-el was found by a kind loving couple...........Martha & Jonathan Kent.............in Kansas. Martha & Jon named him Clark & taught him about Truth, Justice & the American Way. He set out in to the world as a young man to learn the secret of the other worldly powers that he grew up with & learned that his mother & father Lara & Jor-el had learned that Krypton was dying & sent Kal out to save his life & preserve the planet's legacy. Now knowing the truth..........Kal donned a red & blue costume with the symbol of his family across his chest!
Saving the life of intrepid reporter Lois Lane..............the chemistry between the 2 is instantly undeniable! Lois made him known to the world & with all of his great powers...............faster than a speeding bullet...........more powerful than a locomotive............able to leap tall buildings in a single bound..............she called him SUPERMAN!!!!!!!! ❤
"Man Of Steel" could have used a little bit more humor...........it is very serious..........but it is not nearly as dark as I had been afraid...............but it has lots of ❤! It is not perfect but Zack Snyder hit all of the targets that he needed to hit to over come the legacy of "Superman 4 : The Quest For Peace" & "Superman Returns" & "Green Lantern"! *whew!*
Here is to hoping that Henry Cavill & Amy Adams make many more films together!!!!!! & "JUSTICE LEAGUE"!!!!!!!!!!!
